Q:
Why do your representatives come to my child's school in the spring for
measuring and deposits?
A: The schools like us to have all uniform measuring done so that your
child is in uniform the first day of school.
Q:
What happens if they don't fit?
A: Our representatives measure for the shoes to fit for the fall term,
but if they don't, they can easily be exchanged by mail or in person at our
warehouse/store. We also do many exchanges at your school. Shoes can also be
exchanged throughout the U.S.A. wherever they were purchased.
Q:
What if I need to exchange my school shoes?
A: Just return it to us with a note of what you need. We do not reimburse
you for shipping, but we do pay for the shipping back to you.

Q:
How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds take about 21 days to process
Q: My
son and daughter grow so fast. How fast can we get new shoes?
A: Our shoes are shipped out the same day that we receive the order.
Q:
Why are the sneakers a different size then the shoes?
A: Sneakers are made differently then shoes. Every size is cut
differently. Any sneakers you receive with your school shoes are adjusted with
that in mind. White Cross Sneakers come in whole sizes only, so keep that in
when they are shipped to you. Our sneakers come with a 30 day guarantee.
Q: My
son and daughter are horrible on shoes. They scuff them and break down the backs
of the shoes all the time. What should I do?
A: Leather does scuff, and the best way to keep them polished is with a
liquid shine. This also builds up the outer layer of leather on the shoes. The
most common reason why shoes don't last is that children don't lace and unlace
their shoes. Not only is that not good for their shoes, they are not healthy for
their feet either. It breaks down the support.
Q:
How long should my children's shoes last?
A: It all depends on your child. Normally children should need two pairs
of shoes, so that they can trade off on alternate days, but 80% of our school
children wear our shoes for the whole term! In high schools, many of our
students wear their shoes for more than one term.
Q:
What do I do if the shoes are damaged?
A: The "White Cross Guarantee" is considered the most liberal in the
shoe industry. We will replace any worn damaged shoe up until 12/31, if the
shoes were purchased for that current term. Any shoes bought during the term get
a 120 days guarantee. We will replace any unworn shoes at any time and for any
reason.
Q: I
lost my order form that was given out at the school. What do I do?
A: You can use the order form that is on our web site, or one of our
representatives will give you a new one.
